Introduction of the Skeleton and Muscular Systems.
Integration of Anatomy, Kinesiology into our Science-based Functional Movement Principles.
Functional Movement Principles -Pre-Pilates Exercises.
Effective Cueing & The Art of Observation.
Beginner to Advanced Classical Mat Choreography with Contemporary Modifications.
Supervised Guide on how to teach Mat Classes.
Written Test and Assessment Teaching Evaluations
60 Hours of Student Mat Practice
Self Practice.(20 Hrs.)
Unsupervised Teaching. (10 Hrs.)
Observation (10 hours) you will receive 10 free live streaming classes to observe).
Mat Class Observation. (10 Hrs.)
Supervised teaching.(10 Hrs.)
Apprentice Teaching of Mat Classes (10 Classes-with supervised guidance on how to teach the Mat Classes).

Early Bird Discount- register 14 days before start of Program- $1,845.00.

A Gramercy Pilates Certification School Mat Certification is awarded upon satisfactory completion of all required hours.
