Live Streaming Expert Private Sessions

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR OUR LIVE-STREAMED Classes

  1. Download the FREE Zoom app on your phone or computer (Zoom Cloud Meetings)
  2. Login to MINDBODY to sign up for any of our live-streamed classes.
  3. In about an hour before the class starts, check your email for the link to your online Zoom class. The email will be coming from "FitGrid". If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
  4. Click the link, which will take you to your live streaming class.
  5. If you have any props you'd like to use, have them with you before the class starts.
  6. You're all set!
