Class Descriptions
Reformer/Tower Class - For clients with some experience on a Pilates Reformer/ Tower. This class is taught at a medium pace on the equipment and may use various props for modifications and progressions to the classical exercises. Please be injury free and not pregnant if you wish to take this class.
Master Pilates Class (currently on hold) - Master Pilates Teachers Ernie Fossa and Kim Fielding combine the Classical Pilates repertoire with Contemporary Pilates Choreography for an intelligent and dynamic full body workout that will test your movement discipline, balance and control. Best suited for the experienced Pilates practitioner. This class uses the Pilates Reformer, Tower and various other props. Please be injury free.
Jump Board on the Reformer - A fun class that includes the Pilates Jump Board to increase the intensity of the workout, especially in the deeper abdominal, leg and butt muscles. You'll also perform upper body conditioning exercises for a great overall workout. Some prior experience using the Jump Board is recommended. Please be injury free and not pregnant if you wish to take this class. If you don’t have Jump Board experience, but have taken Pilates equipment classes you may take this class but please inform the teacher.
Pilates Butt Camp Class - Get the rounder, firmer and shapelier backside you’ve always wanted in this high intensity class that focuses exclusively on the maximus, medius and minimus gluteus muscles. Please be injury free and not pregnant if you wish to take this class.
All-Level Pilates Mat, (currently on hold) - This Mat Class teaches the dynamic all-level classical choreography exercises created by Joseph Pilates with proper Biomechanics to lengthen, strengthen, tone and help keep your body aligned and injury free.
Live Streaming Mat Classes- taught on Zoom. We offer Open Level, Intermediate/Advanced, Butt Camp and Morning Core.
