A Smart Approach To Fitness
At Gramercy Pilates NYC, we take a smart, anatomical approach to fitness using the fundamental movement principles of the Pilates method of exercise. Each and every exercise and repetition you perform with our expert teachers is devised with your body in mind, following a thorough assessment of your alignment and posture. You’ll develop a stronger core, supple and lean muscles, flexibility, and gorgeous posture to give you that long and lean appearance you’ve always dreamed of while keeping you injury free.
We’ve designed our studio with the exclusive Gramercy neighboring park in mind (leafy green walls, sunny lighting, and a wide open floor plan) making it a breath of fresh air instead of a sticky gym or studio.
Our hours of operation:
Monday through Friday 7:00AM - 9:00PM
Saturday and Sunday 9:00AM - 3:00PM
